Roll Call <br />Mayor Roe called the ineeting to arder at approximately 6:49 p.m. Voting and Seating <br />Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. City Attorney Erich Hartmann was <br />also present. <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br />Mayor Roe acknowledged the Pledge had been recited as part of the Council Oaths of Of- <br />fice ceremony prior to the start of the ineeting. <br />3. Approve Agenda <br />Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, tiVillinus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />4. Public Comment <br />Mayor Roe called for public coininent by tnembers of the audience on any non-agenda <br />items. <br />a. Kathy Ramundt, 1161 Laurie Road and Sherry Sanders, McCarrons Boulevard <br />On behalf of "Do Good Roseville," Ms. Rainundt and Ms. Sanders presented several <br />upcoming opportunities to serve to help inake Roseville as inclusive as possible. Fly- <br />ers, were provided for those events occurring at the Ramsey County Library - Rose- <br />ville Branch in January and Febniary, and recognizing the respective sponsors for <br />those events. <br />5. Council & City Manager Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br />For the benefit of the listening audience, Mayor Roe provided several announcements of <br />upcoming coinmunity events and volunteer opportunities, and identified where to find <br />additional information for each. <br />Mayor Roe announced a winter clothing drive at City Hall during noi-mal business hours; <br />with collected items going to the Fairview Community Center's coat closet for families in <br />need in the Roseville School District. <br />
