Approve Consent Agenda <br />At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being <br />considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for Council <br />Action (RCA) and related attachinents, dated January 9, 2017. <br />a. Approve General Purchases and Sale of Surplus Items in Excess of $5,000 <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of general purchases and contracts for <br />services as noted in the RCA and Attachment A entitled, "2017 Summary of <br />Scheduled CIP Items," January 1, 2017. <br />
