Approve Resolution Designating Official Bank Depositories for 2017 <br />As an opponent of the North Dakota pipeline of which U. S. Banlc is a supporter, <br />and for fiill transparency, Councilrnember McGehee brought to the attention of <br />the public that U.S. Banlc is listed as one of the city's depositories for 2017. <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11386 (Attachment <br />A) entitled, "Resolution on Designation of Depositories;" designating U. S. Bank <br />and BMO Harris Bank. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />c. Approve Resolution Design�ting Official Bank Signatories for 2017 <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resohition No. 11387 (Attaclunent <br />A) entitled, "Resohition of Designation of Bank Signatories;" designating Mayor <br />Roe, City Manager Trudgeon and Finance Director Miller as signatories. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willinus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />d. Designate 2017 Legal Newspaper <br />City Manager Trudgeon advised that the city was in the second of a three-year <br />contract with the Roseville Review and would be going out for proposals after <br />2017. <br />McGehee moved, Etten seconded, designating the Roseville Review as the legal <br />newspaper for the city for 2017. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />
