<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 1286 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE WHICH AMENDS TITLE 10, SECTION 1002 (DEFINITIONS) TO <br />REVISE AND UPDATE CERTAIN COMMONLY USED TERMS WITHIN THE <br />ZONING SECTION OF THE CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville do ordain: <br />Section 1. Title 10, Chapter 1002 is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />1002.02: DEFINITIONS: <br /> <br />As used in this title, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to <br />them in this section: <br /> <br />ACCESSORY USE OR STRUCTURE: A subordinate building or use which is located on the <br />same lot on which the principal building or use is situated and which is reasonably necessary and <br />incidental to the conduct of the principal building or use. <br /> <br />ADVERTISING SIGN: See chapter 1009 of this title. <br /> <br />AIRPORT OR HELIPORT: Any premises which is used, or intended for use, for the landing <br />and takeoff of aircraft and any appurtenant areas which are used or intended for use for port <br />buildings or other port structures or rights of way. <br /> <br />ALLEY: A public or private right of way primarily designed to serve as secondary access to the <br />side or rear of those properties whose principal frontage is on a street. <br /> <br />ANTENNA: Equipment used for transmitting or receiving telecommunication, television or <br />radio signals, which is located on the exterior of, or outside of, any building or structure. For <br />purposes of this section, antenna does not include "satellite dish antenna". <br /> <br />ANTENNA-SATELLITE DISH: A parabolic shaped television or radio signal receiver <br />(including all supporting apparatus) which is located on the ground or exterior of or outside of <br />any building or structure. Said antenna is considered an accessory use to the principal building or <br />structure. <br /> <br />ANTENNA STRUCTURE-COMMERCIAL: Any pole, spire or structure, or any combination, <br />to which an antenna is or could be attached, or which is designed for an antenna to be attached, <br />and all supporting lines, cables, wires, and braces erected for the commercial use of, or vendor <br />of, information. <br /> <br />ANTENNA STRUCTURE-PRIVATE: Any pole, spire or structure, or any combination, to <br />which an antenna is or could be attached or which is designed for an antenna to be attached and <br /> <br />I <br />
