'j <br />z= in <br />Land Use Categories - Medium -Density Residential (MR) Q High -Density Residential (HR) <br />The 2030 Land Use Map depicts the overall planned <br />land -use pattern in Roseville. This section defines the <br />land -use categories shown on the 2030 Land Use <br />Map. <br />Low -Density Residential (LR) <br />Low-density residential land uses include single-family <br />detached houses generally with a density between 1.5 <br />and four units per acre and two-family attached houses <br />generally with a density of no more than eight units <br />per acre. <br />Medium -density residential land uses include single- <br />family attached housing types such as triplex, quadru- <br />plex, row houses, side-by-side townhouses, back-to- <br />back townhouses, mansion townhouses, and small -lot <br />detached houses, generally with a density greater than <br />four units per acre up to 12 units per acre. <br />High-density residential land uses include multifam- <br />ily housing types including apartments, lofts, flats, and <br />stacked townhouses, generally with a density greater <br />than 12 units per acre. <br />4-7 1 Land Use Adopted: October 26, 2009 City of Roseville <br />Amended: May 10, 2010 <br />
