Communication Items <br />55 Public Works Director Culver and Assistant Public Works Director Freihammer <br />56 provided additional comments and a brief review and update on projects and <br />57 maintenance activities listed in the staff report dated November 29, 2016. <br />58 <br />59 Discussion included solar installation package delayed by the City Council pending <br />60 a broader discussion facilities and possibly repurposing some functions on the city <br />61 campus with Sundial Solar still interested in working with the city, but also possibly <br />62 seeking additional requests for proposals (RFP's) if and so directed by the City <br />63 Council; <br />64 <br />65 5. Eureka Recycling 2015 Annual Report and 2017 Plan <br />66 Marc introduced Mr. Chris Goodwin with Eureka for the 2015 annual report. <br />67 <br />68 Mr. Goodwin thanked the PWETC for this opportunity and noted the reason for <br />69 delaying the 2015 report was due to ongoing negotiations between the City and <br />70 their firm and the competitive proposal process.
