<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING

<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the city of
<br />Roseville met in regular session at the city Hall on Monday, the twenty-
<br />second day of January, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />and Rog and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />councilperson Cushman introduced the following resolution and move its
<br />adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORTS AND PROVIDING
<br />FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBERS:

<br />P-90-02, Neighborhood NO.6, P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 71,
<br />P-90-08, ST-90-10, ST-90-13, ST-90-09, ST-90-11

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows:

<br />1. By resolution adopted July 24, 1989, the Council directed the
<br />City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to
<br />the feasibility of the proposed improvements:
<br />
<br />P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 70 -- Including all that property
<br />abutting Shryer Avenue, Dale Street to cul-de-sac; Moundsview
<br />Avenue, Dale Street to Kent Street; Ryan Avenue, Dale Street to
<br />Kent Street; Ryan Avenue, Kent Street to cul-de-sac; Kent Street,
<br />Ryan Avenue to Moundsview Avenue; and ST-90-10, storm sewer for
<br />Neighborhood No. 70 area.

<br />P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 19 -- Including all that property
<br />abutting Heinel Drive, South Owasso Boulevard to cul-de-sac; South
<br />Owasso Boulevard, Heinel Drive to Dale Street; Heinel Circle,
<br />Heinel Drive to cul-de-sac; and ST-90-11, storm sewer serving
<br />Neighborhood No. 19.
