<br />McCarrons Boulevard to County Road B; Marion street, Elmer street <br />to Burke Avenue; Albemarle street, Skillman Avenue to Burke Avenue; <br />Elmer Street, Hand Avenue to Rice Street; Woodbridge Street, Elmer <br />Street to Skillman Avenue: Skillman Avenue, Woodbridge street to <br />Albemarle Street; and ST-90-09, storm sewer serving Neighborhood <br />No. 71. <br /> <br />P-90-08 -- Including all that property abutting Western Avenue, <br />County Road B to N. McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> <br />2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the <br />report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to <br />whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and <br />cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made <br />in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as <br />Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 70, P-90-02, Neighborhood <br />No. 19, P-90-02, Neighborhood No.6, P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 71, <br />P-90-08, ST-90-10, ST-90-13, ST-90-09, ST-90-11 <br /> <br />3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, <br />in said City, on February 13, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the <br />purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements <br />under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause <br />notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be <br />published twice in the official newspaper, Focus, which <br />publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication <br />shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />(see attachment) <br /> <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed <br />for Improvement No. P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 70, P-90-02, <br />Neighborhood No. 19, P-90-02, Neighborhood No.6, P-90-02, <br />Neighborhood No. 71, P-90-08, ST-90-10, ST-90-13, ST-90-09, <br />ST-90-11 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as <br />fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved <br />herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, <br />and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
