<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1288 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, ADDING <br />CHAPTER 1018, A COMPREHENSIVE SECTION OF PARKING <br />REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND DELETETING <br />SECTION 1005.01D . <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Chapter 1018 (Parking) and Section 1018.01 through Section 1018.15 is <br />hereby created as follows. <br /> <br />Section 1018.01. Parking Requirements. <br /> <br />A. Purpose. The purpose of regulating of parking and loading is to alleviate or <br />prevent congestion of the public and private right-of-ways to promote the safety <br />and general welfare of the public. This ordinance is a comprehensive section <br />containing all parking regulations adopted by the City of Roseville, divided into <br />the following sections. <br /> <br />B. Section 1018.01. Purpose <br />Section 1018.02. Application of Parking Requirements <br />Section 1018.03. Site Plan Drawing Necessary <br />Section 1018.04. General Provisions <br />Section 1018.05. Design and Maintenance of Parking and Loading Areas <br />Section 1018.06. Location <br />Section 1018.07. Parking: Landscape Requirements <br />Section 1018.08. Number of Spaces Required <br />Section 1018.09. Restricted and Accessible\Handicapped Parking <br />Section 1018.10. Joint Parking Facilities <br />Section 1018.11. Special Parking Provisions or Districts <br />Section 1018.12. Proof of Parking Provisions <br />Prohibitions and Nuisances: <br />Section 1018.13. Off-Street Parking Prohibitions and Nuisances <br />Section 1018.14. Obstruction of Public Rights of Way Nuisance <br />Section 1018.15.
