Whenever a change of usage occurs, the new use <br />shall fully comply with the parking requirements including nwnber of spaces <br />required by the new use. <br /> <br />Section 1018.03. Site Plan Drawing Necessary <br /> <br />A. All applications for a building permit, in all districts, shall include a site plan, <br />drawn to scale and dimensioned, which in part depicts the location of vehicle <br />parking and loading areas in compliance with the following requirements. <br /> <br />Section 1018.04. General Provisions <br /> <br />A. An Automobile Parking Space is defined as a hard surfaced and permanently <br />maintained area, either within or outside of a building, of sufficient size to store <br />one automobile as specified in this Code. <br /> <br /> <br />One Wa <br />One Wa <br />One Wa <br />Two Wa <br /> <br />Space for a single vehicle shall be nine feet by eighteen feet (9' x 18' for 90 degree <br />parking) or larger provided that up to fifty percent (50%) of the required spaces <br />may be not less than eight feet by eighteen feet (8' x 18) when posted "Compact <br />Vehicles Only". Aisles shall be provided for ingress and egress and shall be a <br />minimum of twenty four feet (24) in width (for 90 degree parking). <br />(1 004.01D )(1 D07.01F1) <br /> <br />B. General Density Requirements, Exceptions And Credits: <br /> <br />1. The total minimum lot requirements for structures housing three (3) or more <br />dwelling units in any R District may be reduced by one hundred (100) square <br />feet per dwelling unit if the property involved is contiguous to a B or an I <br />District. (1004.01B) <br /> <br />2. The total minimwn lot area requirements for structures housing three (3) or <br />more dwelling units in any R District may be decreased by three hundred <br />(300) square feet for each parking space that is provided under the principal <br />use structure or, in some other manner, underground which allows use of the <br />grade level above such space for other parking, yard or recreation space. <br />(1004.01B) <br /> <br />2 <br />
