Site Plan Drawing Necessary <br /> <br />A. All applications for a building permit, in all districts, shall include a site plan, <br />drawn to scale and dimensioned, which in part depicts the location of vehicle <br />parking and loading areas in compliance with the following requirements. <br /> <br />Section 1018.04. The total minimum lot requirements for structures housing three (3) or more <br />dwelling units in any R District may be reduced by one hundred (100) square <br />feet per dwelling unit if the property involved is contiguous to a B or an I <br />District.
