Commu o ms <br />Public Wor rector Culver and Assistant Public Works Director Freihammer <br />provided ad ional comments and a brief review and update on projects and <br />maintenance activities listed in the staff report dated January 24, 2017. <br />At the request of Chair Cihacek, Mr. Culver clarified that the City Council <br />authorized hire of a consultant architect for a detailed space needs analysis and <br />concept development for License Center and maintenance facility storage uses <br />was intended to examine existing facilities as well as other potential sites and/or <br />facilities. <br />
