<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />OFFICIAL SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 1289 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REWRITING PORTIONS OF TITLE 9 AND ADOPTING THE <br />2003 MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE AND UPDATES WITHIN THE <br />BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 9, SECTIONS 901 <br />THROUGH 905 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Ordinance No.1289 on August 4,2003, which is <br />summarized as follows: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Code is amended by creating a new re-writing Section 901 through <br />905 regarding building construction requirements, fire prevention requirements, <br />electrical work requirements, plan review and swimming pool requirements. This <br />ordinance adopts the 2003 Minnesota State Building Code, the most recent edition of <br />the Minnesota State Fire Code, and the Electrical Code as part of the Minnesota State <br />Building Code. The ordinance takes effect on January 1,2004. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office <br />hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
