Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1. Introduction / Call Roll <br />Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; and Members John Heimerl, Joe Wozniak, <br />Duane Seigler, and Kody Thurnau <br />Absent: Vice Chair Sarah Brodt Lenz and Member Thomas Trainor <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver and Assistant Public <br />Works Director Jesse Freihammer <br />2. Public Comments <br />For the benefit of the viewing audience, Chair Cihacek announced openings on the <br />PWETC, noting that applications could be submitted to the city online or by <br />contacting City Hall for an application; with specific information available on the <br />city's website. <br />3. Approval of November 29, 2016 Meeting Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />Motion <br />Member Wozniak moved, Member Seigler seconded, approval of the <br />November 29, 2016 meeting minutes as presented. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />4. Communication Items <br />Public Works Director Culver and Assistant Public Works Director Freihammer <br />provided additional comments and a brief review and update on projects and <br />maintenance activities listed in the staff report dated January 24, 2017. <br />Page 1 of 17 <br />
