Adopt a Resolution Authorizing Staff to Apply for Community Development <br /> Block Grant (CDBG) Funds to Assist with the Larpenteur Avenue Pathway <br /> Connection <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11398 (Attachment <br /> B) entitled, "Resolution Authorizing City Staff to Apply for Community Devel- <br /> opment Block Grant (CDBG) Funding" to assist with the completion of the path- <br /> way along Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 10. Council & City Manager Communications, Reports, and Announcements <br /> As a follow-up to last week's City Council meeting, and closed session for the City <br /> Manager's performance review, Mayor Roe provided a summary of the review, stating <br /> that in general the Council was pleased with the performance and with the job he was do- <br /> ing, based on the favorable comments received on his performance, involvement and are- <br /> as of activity.
