As water quality <br />egrades, Mr. son n ed that property values decreased as well, but <br />unfortunately hom ners yypically didn't become concerned until a lake became <br />impairek Mr.son advised that he wasn't aware of any other lake <br />homeo ssoci ons in Roseville, since as an example, a considerable portion <br />of Little anna was owned by the University of Northwestern. In <br />response to hair Cihacek, Mr. Johnson reported that Langton Lake and Lake <br />Josephine w re mostly publicly owned by the city and county. <br />Mr. Johnson advised that the next steps once this draft of the CSWMP was <br />updated by SEH would be to move to public agency review. <br />At the request of Member Trainer, Mr. Johnson clarified that the figures included <br />in the plan had been recently updated and formats changed for easier readability. <br />
