Roseville PWET Commission Meeting Minutes <br />Page 5, February 28, 2017 <br />183 Mr. Freihammer opined that the last four pages of the plan were the most <br />184 important of the plan providing focus areas that would be improved upon by the <br />185 city over the next decade. <br />186 <br />187 Chair Cihacek asked staff to explain Figure 14, special flood hazard area. <br />188 <br />189 Ms. Nestingten responded that this was an official Federal Emergency <br />190 Management Agency (FEMA) flood hazard insurance rate may, with Roseville <br />191 having four such areas; with Zone AE providing a more detailed study of the area <br />192 and assigned a base flood elevation as noted; and Zone is an approximately <br />193 flood area without a base flood area.
