Please be prepared to <br />approve/amend. <br />Requested Commission Action:Approve/amend meetingminutesof January 3, 2017. <br />Cedarholm Golf Course Clubhouse Replacement Project <br />4. <br />On January 9, 2017, the City Council approved a design contract with Architects Hagen, <br />Christensen & McILwain (HCM)for the clubhouse replacement project. <br />HCM is in a thorough review process of the Resident Advisory Team Report that will be the <br />base fortheinitial design concepts. Tim McIlwain,project manager& Dan Lawrence, <br />project architect, will be at your meeting to discuss goals for the site, building & operations, <br />along with site analysis & design opportunities. This preliminary work is the result of <br />findings from the Advisory Team Final Report, staff input, site visitsand sets the stage for <br />an upcoming Community meeting. McIlwain & Lawrence will be presenting and looking for <br />your inputto be sure they are on the right track for developing initial concepts.Included in <br />your packet to work from is a summary of project goals. <br />A community meetingwill occur between your February 7, 2017and March 7, 2017 <br />Commissionmeetings. We hope that you,the Resident Advisory Team and the general <br />publiccan attend in order to gather inputand feedback ontheinitial concepts to better <br />preparethe more developed plans & imagesfor the MarchCommission meeting. <br />This topic will be a regular agenda item each month in order to keep the full Commission <br />updated, allow for continued community input, and to gather your advice. <br />Requested Commission Action:Review, update, provide feedbackand consider <br />recommendation. <br />Program Review – Youth Outreach Program <br />5. <br />Whenever the Commission agenda allows, we will have department staff attendyour <br />meeting to discusswhat is going on in their particular area and gather your thoughts and <br />feedback. <br />Recreation Supervisors Lake Johnson and Lauren Deal are working together to develop a <br />youth outreach program for the Brittney/Marion St. apartment area in SE Roseville. They <br />will be at the meeting to provide you the latest planning efforts and gather your feedback. <br />Requested Commission Action:Provide update, provide feedback. <br />Staff Report – <br />6.A summary of any current topics will be provided. <br />Other <br />7. <br />Adjournment <br />8. <br /> <br />
