<br />This Project Phase will occur concurren#ly with the Analysis Phase and include the Cpmmunity
<br />Listening Sessians listed in sectipn E, "Meetings."
<br />Tasks
<br />• Wark with staff and athers tp understand needs, layputs and functions, which include current
<br />users, space demands, and gaps in service.
<br />• Identify impartant adjacencies.
<br />• Define square faatage requirements.
<br />• Engage community in creating a pianned appraach
<br />• Wark with Parks and F2ecreation Commission, Resident Advisory Team, Historicai Society and
<br />others an design, function and requirements (engagement may be incorparated into pubiic
<br />meetings af the Parks and Recreation Cammission).
<br />• Participate in Cammunity l.istening Sessians with the Community at-large, Advisory Team,
<br />Parks and Recreatian Commission, others.
<br />• Considerfidentify energy efficiencies and long term maintenance.
<br />� identify and develop desired Site relatirnships between buildings and site amenities and the
<br />neighborhoad.
<br />• Identify the existing facility and future facility user prafile and determine the impact that the profiles
