Certificates and <br />limited permits are only availabie when a campliance agreement is signed between the <br />Minnesota Department of Agriculture and the firm interested in moving the regulated article. <br />Six (6) cooperative compliance agreements were renewed. One (1) intrastate campliance agreement was <br />renewed. Three (3) new intrastate campliance agreements were issued. <br />Three (3) routine compliance inspections were conducted ta ensure new equipment met the emerald ash barer <br />treatment size requirements of 1" by 1" in two dimensions. <br />
