Brokke confirmedthat all information is on the City of Roseville website for those <br />106 <br />interested but not participating on the Cedarholm Advisory Committee or have not been <br />107 <br />able to attend the meetings. <br />108 <br />109 <br />110 <br />7.STAFF REPORT <br />111 <br />Parks and Recreation Director, Brokke Reports: <br />112 <br />Asset Management: <br />113 <br />Brokke provided a brief overview of the City of Roseville’s Asset Management Program. <br />114 <br />Historically, the information had been tracked via spreadsheet. However, the City has <br />115 <br />invested in technology (PubWorks) to help with Asset Management tracking going <br />116 <br />forward. <br />117 <br />Commission engaged in a general discussion on Parks and Recreation specific asset <br />118 <br />management information and asset life cycles. <br />119 <br />Commissioner O’Brien statedthat an overview report at each meeting (similar to the <br />120 <br />renewal updates) would be beneficial for the Commission. Brokke agreed this would be <br />121 <br />helpful for the commission and the general public. <br />122 <br />Commissioner O’Brien confirmed that focusing on Asset Management would be helpful <br />123 <br />to ensure that people are aware ofassetlife-cycles.
