Councilmember Initiated Future Agenda Items and Future Agenda Review <br />CLOSED SESSION MEETING <br />Mayor Roe announced that, in accordance with Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 13.D.05(3) and <br />exceptions to Open Meeting Laws, he would entertain a motion to move into Closed Executive <br />Session for the purpose of discussing an offer for acquisition of property located at 2719 Lexing- <br />ton Avenue. <br />Etten moved, Willmus seconded, recessing the City Council meeting at approximately 4:04 p.m. <br />and convening in Closed Executive Session, per State Statute. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: None. <br />
