Regular City Council Meeting <br />Friday, March 31, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Mayor Roe convened the City Council in Closed Executive Session at approximately 4:05 p.m. <br />In addition to the Councilmembers, City Manager Trudgeon and City Attorney Gaughan were <br />also present. <br />RECONVENE OPEN SESSION <br />At approximately 5:00 p.m., Laliberte moved, Etten seconded, adjourning the Closed Executive <br />Session and reconvening in Open Session. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Willmus, Etten, McGehee, Laliberte, and Roe. <br />Nays: None. <br />12.
