Consider a Community Development Department Request for Approval of <br /> Proposed Text Ordinance Amendments of Roseville City Code, Section <br /> 307.06 (Duration) <br /> Codes Coordinator Dave Englund briefly summarized this request as detailed in <br /> the RCA and for the benefit of contractors working in the community. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, enactment of Ordinance No. 1525 (Attach- <br /> ment A) entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Selected Text of Roseville City <br /> Code, Section 307.06: Duration." <br /> Councilmember Willmus expressed his appreciation to staff for looking into this <br /> and bringing it forward. When looking at housing costs in the community, Coun- <br /> cilmember Willmus noted that often the largest impact for those costs is in gov- <br /> ernment regulations. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte concurred, noting this would serve the goal of making it <br /> easier to do business in Roseville. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> j.
