Requested Commission Action: <br />Discuss and finalize Request for City Council Action and <br />approach to the meeting. <br />Staff Report <br />7. <br />i.Park PlanningServices - 1716 Marion Street – enclosed is a copy of the <br />Request for City Council Action for planning services for 1716 Marion <br />Streetthat was approved on May 8, 2017. <br />ii.Park PlanningServices - 2132 ClevelandAvenue - enclosed is a copy of <br />the Request for City Council Action for planning services for 2132 <br />Cleveland Avenuethat was approved on May 8, 2017. <br />iii.Subdivision Code - Park Dedication Ordinance - At your May meeting, you <br />reviewed the existing Park Dedication Ordinance and the consultant <br />proposed changes and made recommendations (see enclosed summary <br />memo). Included in your packet is a summary memo of your discussion <br />points regarding the Park Dedication Ordinance that was included in the <br />City Council packet. The City Councils further direction was to not expand <br />language to include trails and pathways and to keep the language similar <br />to what it is with some potential language tweaks to possibly make it <br />clearer.
