Parking and Service Areas and Curbs: No parking or service area shall be less than five feet (5') <br />iÌom a property line and a box curb shall separate the public sidewalk iÌom such parking and/or <br />service areas except at approved entrances and exits. <br /> <br />D. Pump Islands and Canopies: The center line of pump island and the outer edge of the pump island <br />canopy roof shall be a minimum of twenty five feet (25') iÌom a property line. <br /> <br />E. Driveways: No driveway at a property line shall be less than fifty feet (50') iÌom the intersection of <br />two (2) street right-of-way lines. (Ord. 309, 12-13-60; amd. Ord. 1085, 1-14-85) <br /> <br />F. Signs: Each service station may have one pylon sign not in excess of sixty four (64) square feet per <br />side nor more than twenty feet (20') in height erected within the front yard and no part of the sign <br />shall be less than fifteen feet (IS') iÌom a property line (horizontal distance). The pylon shall not <br />be less than fifteen feet (15') from a driveway or driveway entrance. (Ord. 342, 10-13-61) <br /> <br />G. Other Products: If service stations sell products other than gas, oil, and other petroleum products, <br />auto parts and accessories, or sales from minor vending machine products, then all other retail <br />sales shall be conducted only in compliance with all requirements and conditions for sales within a <br />convenience store as in B-3 Districts. (1990 Code) <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
