Receive Presentation from Golden Shovel Agency about Developing an <br /> Economic Development Marketing Strategy and Consider a Professional <br /> Services Contract <br /> Community Development Director Kari Collins introduced John Marshall, <br /> Vice President of Sales, with the Golden Shovel Agency, a communications <br /> firm and software developer. As detailed in the staff report and related <br /> attachments, Ms. Collins advised that Golden Shovel is a national economic <br /> development marketing agency based in Little Falls, MN; and specifically <br /> tailored to cities and counties and EDA's targeting specific industries and <br /> enhancing business retention and expansion efforts. <br />
