Finance Commission Minutes <br />April 11, 2017 – Draft Minutes <br />Page 6 of 6 <br /> <br />Identify Discussion Items for the Future Meeting 226 <br /> 227 <br />Chair Schroeder stated the May meeting would include discussions on the various tours the 228 <br />Commission has taken, discussion on the CIP, discussion on the 5-year Tax Levy and impacts, 229 <br />and review of the recommendation tracking documentation. 230 <br /> 231 <br />Commissioner Harold suggested adding additional discussion on the Cash Carry Over Fund 232 <br />based on the feedback received from the City Council. 233 <br /> 234 <br />Chair Schroeder asked when the department heads would be making their presentations to the 235 <br />City Council so the Commission can be sure to view the meeting. 236 <br /> 237 <br />Finance Director Miller stated he would provide the Commission with the budget calendar that 238 <br />the City Council had discussed including a detailed presentation of the City Manager’s 239 <br />recommended budget. 240 <br /> 241 <br />Chair Schroeder stated the Roseville School District is meeting with the City Council on April 242 <br />17 to discuss a referendum and requesting funds from the City. 243 <br /> 244 <br />Commissioner Hodder stated he would try to attend this meeting for the Commission. 245 <br /> 246 <br /> 247 <br />Adjourn 248 <br /> 249 <br />Commissioner Zeller made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Hodder to adjourn the meeting. 250 <br />The motion carried unanimously. 251 <br /> 252 <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m. 253 <br /> 254 <br />Respectfully submitted, 255 <br />Tina Borg 256 <br />TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. 257 <br />Item 3: Attachment A
