Follow-up to City Council Joint Meeting This is an opportunity for you to review yourJune 19,2017 joint meeting withthe City Council.Included in your packet are the minutes of that meeting for your reference and an executed Pollinator Friendly Community Resolution. I.Cedarholm Community Building Replacement Update The Design Development Services (Task #1) and the Plans and Specifications (Task #2) for the Cedarholm Community Building are now complete. Task # 1 final presentation to the City Council was on June 5, 2017. Task #2 presentation was on July 10, 2017. Followingthe completion and reporting on thetwo tasks above,on July 10, 2017, the City Council authorized advertising for bids for a project. Advertising began on July 11, 2017. Bids are due on August 1, 2017.Included in your packet is a table of contents of the Building Specifications. A full set of plans and specifications are available in the Parks and Recreation office. It is anticipated that the City Council will consider bid results on August 14, 2017. This topic is a regular agenda item each month in order to keep the Commission updated, allow for continued community input,and to gather advice.
