Role of Commission should be: Advisory, educational, investigative, <br />adjudicative, enforcement and report to the enabling body <br /> <br />Battis made the motion requesting the Chair to contact the City Council in terms <br />of whether to proceed with revisions to the Ethics Resolution and if they can give <br />us the authority to meet and whether they want to meet with us in a work session <br />to discuss those changes and how to do it if they authorize us to move ahead with <br />it.
