Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. City Manager Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Etten requested removal of Item 9.b from the Consent Agenda for sepa- <br /> rate consideration. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> a. Sonia and Eric Jacobsen,2125 Rosewood Lane N <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Jacobsen provided a bench handout, attached hereto and made apart <br /> hereof, summarizing their request for the city to consider dropping excess water <br /> charges related to unusual and unexplained spikes in use between June 15 — 19, <br /> 2017, a portion of the time when they were actually out-of-town with the home <br /> monitored by their neighbor and no unusual water usage in evidence. Mr. & Mrs. <br /> Jacobsen noted that it was later determined that the radio unit had stopped sending <br /> and had subsequently been replaced by city staff. However, Mr. & Mrs. Jacobsen <br /> noted additional high spikes in August; resulting in their request for replacement <br /> of the Neptune in-home water meter at no cost to them to avoid any additional oc- <br /> currences. <br /> City Manager Trudgeon advised that he would consult with staff, communicate <br /> with the Jacobsens, and report back to the City Council. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> b. Consider Issuance of a Premises Permit for Minnesota Brass, Inc. to Conduct <br /> Lawful Gambling Activities at 2730 Snelling Avenue N (New Bohemia Res- <br /> taurant) <br />
