Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, August 14,2017 <br /> Page 15 <br /> Councilmember McGehee responded that she would recommend the internal loan, <br /> expressing her support of earlier adjustments made in that funding proposal. <br /> Mayor Roe clarified that the motion, and intended funding via internal loan. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, acceptance of ALTERNATE #2 <br /> (certified lumber at a cost of $82,000) and rejection of Alternate #1 <br /> (bird friendly glass, currently projected at$90,000_ and rejection of Al- <br /> ternate #3 (exterior roof materials at a cost of$6,600)from the low bid <br /> as presented from Jorgenson Construction, [with the funding clarified <br /> as from the internal loan source]. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked staff, advisory volunteer committee members, and the public <br /> for their participation throughout this process; and expressed appreciation to the <br /> intrepid architect for taking on the project's management. <br /> e. Consider a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map Change at 2353 Chatsworth <br /> Street (PF17-009) <br /> City Planner Thomas Paschke summarized this request for a 6-unit townhome <br /> project proposed between the Rose of Sharon Manor and the Riviera Apartments <br /> as detailed in the RCA and attachments. Mr. Paschke clarified that, if the Com- <br /> prehensive Plan Land Use Map change is approved tonight and also subsequently <br /> by the Met Council, the project would return to the City Council for zoning <br /> change and Preliminary Plat approval. Mr. Paschke advised that civil plans would <br /> be completed prior to returning to the City Council for Preliminary Plat approval. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one appearing to <br /> speak for or against. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11427 (Attachment <br /> F) entitled, "A Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Comprehensive Land <br /> Use Plan Map Designation from High Density Residential (HDR) to Low Density <br /> Residential (LDR) Designation for Property located at 2353 Chatsworth Street <br /> (PF 17-009);" subject to review and approval by the Metropolitan Council. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> f.
