Roll Call <br /> President Dan Roe called to order the regular meeting of the Roseville Economic <br /> Development Authority (REDA) in and for the City of Roseville at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Present: President Dan Roe and Commissioners Robert Willmus, Tammy <br /> McGehee, Jason Etten, and Lisa Laliberte <br /> Others Present: Executive Director Patrick Trudgeon and Community <br /> Development Director Kari Collins <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> McGehee moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the REDA agenda as presented. <br /> Ayes: 5 <br /> Nays: 0 <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> 4. Business Agenda <br /> a. Approve an Amendment to Journey Home, MN Development Agreement <br /> for 196 S McCarrons Housing Replacement Program Modifying the <br /> Minimum Market Value <br /> Executive Director Trudgeon summarized this request as detailed in the staff <br /> report based on the revised smaller floor plan submitted for a building permit <br /> to meet property setbacks and easements on the site. Mr. Trudgeon noted that <br /> this had thus reduced the minimum market value determined by the Ramsey <br /> County Assessor, necessitating this requested amendment to the Purchase and <br /> Development Agreement as presented (Attachments B and Q. Mr. Trudgeon <br /> opined that with the building permit now in-house and pending approval by the <br /> city, the project should proceed. <br /> At the request of Member McGehee, Community Development Director <br /> Collins reported that the original footprint had proposed a detached garage, but <br /> due to easement locations, an attached garage would be provided, significantly <br /> changing the original floor plan as submitted. <br /> President Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one <br /> appearing to speak to this issue. <br />
