Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:07 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. City Manager Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested the addition of Item 9.i to tonight's Consent Agenda to <br /> consider approval of a temporary gambling permit St. Rose of Lima Church, located at <br /> 2048 Hamline Avenue N, for a bingo scheduled November 5, 2017. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Introduce New St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) President, B. <br /> Kyle <br /> Mayor Roe welcomed and introduced Ms. Kyle. Ms. Kyle reviewed past, present <br /> and potential future partnerships between the SPACC and City of Roseville. <br /> Ms. Kyle formally presented an award from the SPACC to the city, one for com- <br /> munity outreach innovations and communications efforts by the City of Rose- <br /> ville's Police Department. The second award presented by Ms. Kyle was issued <br /> jointly to the Cities of Maplewood, Roseville, and St. Paul for their planning and <br /> land use revitalization efforts for the Rice Street/Larpenteur Avenue visioning <br /> proj ect. <br /> On behalf of the community, Councilmember Etten acknowledged the SPACC's <br /> role under its previous leadership in helping convene those initial meetings for the <br />
