Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. City Manager Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested removal of Item9.f from the Consent Agenda for <br /> separate consideration. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> 5. Recognitions,Donations and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> a. Adopt a Resolution Memorializing the Denial of a Request for Approval of <br /> an Amendment to the Centre Pointe Planned Unit Development #1177 to Al- <br /> low College or Post-Secondary School, Office-Based as a Permitted Use at <br /> 2955 Centre Pointe Drive (PF17-014) <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this <br /> item as detailed in specific Request for Council Action (RCA) and related attach- <br /> ments dated October 9, 2017. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte stated her purpose in requesting this item removed from <br /> the Consent Agenda was for its consideration as a separate vote. <br /> Councilmember Etten questioned the language of the third finding, opining that <br /> he had not found that language in his reading of the minutes from that meeting; <br /> and asked if it referred to B-4 zoning when the original PUD was created or was <br /> related to current zoning. <br />
