EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the sixth day of November 2017, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Mayor Roe. <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Member Willmus introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 11462 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE <br /> 2018 STATE PRIMARY AND STATE GENERAL ELECTION <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16, subd 1 requires the City Council, by ordinance or <br /> resolution,to designate polling places for the upcoming year; and <br /> WHEREAS, changes to the polling places locations may be made at least 90 days before the next <br /> election if one or more of the authorized polling places becomes unavailable for use; and <br /> WHEREAS, changes to the polling place locations may be made in the case of an emergency <br /> when it is necessary to ensure a safe and secure location for voting; and <br /> WHEREAS, the state primary is August 14, 2018 and the state general election is November 6, <br /> 2018. <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council designates the following polling places for elections <br /> conducted in the city of Roseville in 2018. <br /> Precinct 1: Centennial United Methodist Church, 1524 County Road C-2 West <br /> Precinct 2: Roseville Covenant Church, 2865 Hamline Avenue North <br /> Precinct 3: Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2561 Victoria Street North <br /> Precinct 4: North Heights Lutheran Church, 2701 Rice Street North <br /> Precinct 5: Fairview Community Center, 1910 County Road B West <br /> Precinct 6: Rosepointe, 2555 Hamline Ave. North <br /> Precinct 7: St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 2300 Hamline Ave. North <br /> Precinct 8: Parkview Center School, 701 County Road B West <br />
