Precinct 9: Roseville Lutheran Church, 1215 Roselawn Avenue West <br /> Precinct 10: Galilee Evangelical Lutheran Church, 145 North McCarrons Boulevard <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city clerk is hereby authorized to designate a <br /> replacement meeting the requirements of the Minnesota Election Law for any polling place <br /> designated in this Resolution that becomes unavailable for use by the City; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city clerk is hereby authorized to designate an <br /> emergency replacement polling place meeting the requirements of the Minnesota Election Law <br /> for any polling place designated in this Resolution when necessary to ensure a safe and secure <br /> location for voting; <br /> AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the city clerk is directed to send a copy of this <br /> resolution and any subsequent polling place designations to the Ramsey County Elections Office. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. McGehee, Willmus, <br /> Laliberte, Etten and Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
