Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten and Roe. City Manager Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. Mayor Roe noted that Councilmembers Etten <br /> and Willmus had previously advised that they would be unable to attend tonight's meet- <br /> ing due to scheduling conflicts. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> McGehee moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Laliberte and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Receive Presentation about Roseville School District Building Bond Referen- <br /> dum <br /> Mayor Roe introduced and welcomed Roseville School District No. 623 Superin- <br /> tendent Dr. Aldo Sicoli. Dr. Sicoli's presentation reviewed information about the <br /> school building referendum to address long-term facility management issues un- <br /> der consideration and scheduled for a November 7, 2017 ballot (Attachment A). <br /> On behalf of a constituent, Councilmember Laliberte asked for the School <br /> Board's plan if the $144 million bond referendum didn't pass. <br /> Dr. Sicoli responded that the Board had not discussed any explicit options to-date; <br /> but he was prepared with some ideas for the Board to consider if or when neces- <br /> sary. <br /> On behalf of another constituent, Councilmember Laliberte asked about public <br /> opportunities to-date and yet pending for those residents not having been involved <br /> on any of the long-range planning committees. <br />
