Perhaps language <br />talking about "good faith efforts to meet with representative interested groups." <br />13.4 how about mountain bikes ... can they use non -paved pathways? <br />As far as City planning is concerned, should this document require that maintenance and snow <br />clearing resources have been programmed before committing to new pathway systems? <br />
