The City should endeavor to maintain an open and proactive <br />dialogue with�nDOT, Metropolitan Council, Ramsey County, adjacent communities and users <br />of Interstate 35W with the goal of identifying opportunities to collaborate on short and long- <br />range strategies for improving overall Level of Service (LOS) in this corridor. Additionally, monitoring should continue of <br />existing and forecasted congestion levels. The City should endeavor to maintain an open and <br />proactive dialogue with MnDOT, Metropolitan Council, Ramsey County, adjacent communities <br />and users of Snelling Avenue/TH 51 with the goal of identifying opportunities to collaborate on <br />short and long-range strategies for improving overall Level of Service (LOS) in this corridor. <br />
