Roadway: Cleveland Avenue at County Road D <br />Lead Agency: Ramsey County <br />Type of Improvement: Signal Upgrade <br />Goals Addressed: Coordinate Transportation Decisions; Create a Sustainable Transportation <br />Network; Create a Safe and Efficient Roadway Network. <br />Strategy: The lack of left turn phasing and possibly poor signal timing currently lead to large <br />queues in the northbound direction when Interstate 35W is congested, and some delay issues <br />in the eastbound direction during the a.m. peak hour.
