Roadway: TH 51/Snelling Avenue and County Road C <br />Lead Agency: MnDOT/Ramsey County <br />Type of Improvement: Traffic Operations Study <br />Goals Addressed: Coordinate Transportation Decisions; Create a Sustainable Transportation <br />Network; Create a Safe and Efficient Roadway Network. <br />Strategy: The 2011-2015 crash rate was 1.0 to 1.25 per million entering vehicles at TH <br />51/Snelling Avenue and County Road C, which exceeds the statewide average.
