Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday,November 6, 2017 <br /> Page 19 <br /> Current B-4 Table(page 2) <br /> Councilmember McGehee stated her intent for uses as follows: <br /> Medical&Dental Retain <br /> Business&Professional Offices Retain <br /> Banks&Financial Institutions Retain <br /> Research,Design,Development Laboratory&Clean Room Retain <br /> Recording Studios Too <br /> Specific <br /> Printing Utilizing Computers and Laser Printers or Similar Technology Remove <br /> Deli(Change to Food Service Operation to support employees/tenants) Remove <br /> Blue Printing/Photo Copying Establishment Remove <br /> Office Service Building Except Retail <br /> Printing Utilizing Offset Presses Remove <br /> Electronic&Medical Device Manufacturing Retain <br /> As previously noted, Councilmember McGehee suggested striking the 50% previ- <br /> sion for each building as office uses. Councilmember McGehee suggested that <br /> manufacturing remain with the above use stipulations; but that "Showroom" as a <br /> building type be removed; and further noted the ongoing request for sit-down res- <br /> taurants versus drive-through as far as restaurant use was concerned, but beyond <br /> "deli." <br /> Councilmember Willmus agreed with the suggestions made by Councilmember <br /> McGehee, with the exception of deli's in larger office buildings or food service <br /> operations located there for those employees; suggesting that it be addressed as an <br /> allowable use; with agreement by Councilmembers McGehee, Laliberte and Et- <br /> ten. <br /> As with Table 1006-1 (pages 3 and 4), Mayor Roe suggested clearly stating what <br /> uses the council did NOT want to be included in the PUD in addition to those uses <br /> revised in the B-4 Table. <br /> Table 1006-1 (Specific Revisions for PUD) <br /> Table 1006-1 <br /> Office and Health Care Uses <br /> Office Permitted <br /> Clinic,medical,dental,or optical Permitted <br /> Hospital Not Permitted <br /> Office showroom Permitted <br /> College or post-secondary school,office-based Not Permitted <br /> Manufacturing,Research,and Wholesale Uses <br /> Artisan workshop Not Permitted <br /> Asphalt plant,batch or other Not Permitted <br />
