Councilmember Willmus suggested creation of a better definition for that <br /> type of use as office use without sales. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that the current definition would suffice but extracting the <br /> "Warehouse/Storage" aspect, creating an office use, but still remaining as not <br /> permitted in this PUD. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding "General Retail Sales and Personal Service," with <br /> Councilmember Etten noting music lessons/instrument sales that could be consid- <br /> ered as a permitted use beyond simply retail sales. <br />
