Approve General Purchases of Sale of Surplus Items Exceeding$5,000 At the request of Councilmember Laliberte, City Manager Trudgeon clarified that the costs identified for ultimate funding by Roseville School District No. 623 would be reimbursed to the city once the project is completed. Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approval of general purchases and contracts for services as noted in the RCA and Attachment A entitled, "2017 Summary of Scheduled CIP Items,"updated October 31, 2017. Roll Call Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. d. Approve Resolution to Accept Work Completed, Authorize Final Payment and Commence the one-year Warranty Period on the Larpenteur Sidewalk Project Etten moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11472 (Attachment A) entitled, "Final Contract Acceptance — Larpenteur Sidewalk Project;" starting the one-year warranty and authorizing final payment in an amount not to exceed $27,810.85. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. Nays: None. e. Approve Donation to Roseville Area High School for their 2018 Multi- cultural Show Councilmember Etten expressed appreciation for this positive step in promoting partnerships to benefit all and show city interest in the life of the school as well as other cultures that were part of the Roseville community. At the request of Councilmember Laliberte, City Manager Trudgeon confirmed that this was funded through 2017 dollars allocated as such.
