Approve General Purchases of Sale of Surplus Items Exceeding$5,000 <br /> At the request of Councilmember Laliberte, City Manager Trudgeon clarified that <br /> the costs identified for ultimate funding by Roseville School District No. 623 <br /> would be reimbursed to the city once the project is completed. <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approval of general purchases and contracts for <br /> services as noted in the RCA and Attachment A entitled, "2017 Summary of <br /> Scheduled CIP Items,"updated October 31, 2017. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> d. Approve Resolution to Accept Work Completed, Authorize Final Payment <br /> and Commence the one-year Warranty Period on the Larpenteur Sidewalk <br /> Project <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11472 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "Final Contract Acceptance — Larpenteur Sidewalk Project;" starting <br /> the one-year warranty and authorizing final payment in an amount not to exceed <br /> $27,810.85. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> e. Approve Donation to Roseville Area High School for their 2018 Multi- <br /> cultural Show <br /> Councilmember Etten expressed appreciation for this positive step in promoting <br /> partnerships to benefit all and show city interest in the life of the school as well as <br /> other cultures that were part of the Roseville community. <br /> At the request of Councilmember Laliberte, City Manager Trudgeon confirmed <br /> that this was funded through 2017 dollars allocated as such. <br />
