The city will make 100 copies of each handout (SN). <br />A general "welcome" handout will be prepared that includes a statement that LOTF minutes are <br />available from the city (SN). <br />Other. <br />Permit applications for miscellaneous items are grouped as one motion on the city council <br />consent agenda; other applications may elicit public comment. For the slalom and jump permit, a <br />letter used to be sent to nearby residents, but when people stopped coming to the permit hearing, <br />the letter was no longer sent and the request was put under report/recommend. LOTF could <br />encourage the city to make the permit hearing a formal process (SN). <br />No panelists will be invited to speak on 1/29 although they could be informed of the meeting <br />and that input is desired from Roseville residents (PE). Individuals with questions for panelists are <br />encouraged to contact them directly (except Converse) unless the task force also wants the answer. <br />Task force seating on 1/29 will be in councils' chairs (members identified by placard).
