Also enclosed is an ordinance amending Chapter <br />702 of the City Code updating the original provisions of 702 and adding the new Section 702.07 <br />dealing with Lake Owasso restrictions. <br />I have removed that portion of the "no wake" section which imposes that requirement <br />only if there is an occupied boat or swimmer in the water.
