of the first quarter. The City leases 946 lights from Xcel mostly at intersections and at the <br />end of cul-de-sacs. All of the City owned lights, with the exception of some of the <br />decorative lighting along Larpenteur, have been upgraded to LED. Attached is an <br />information sheet from Xcel on the conversion. <br />Major Maintenance Activities: <br />• Winter tree trimming ongoing. <br />• Installing new street names signs and post. <br />• Performed 14 ice/snow event callouts to date this winter season. <br />• Repaired/fabricated seasonal equipment. <br />• Turned leaves at the compost site. <br />• Hauled materials and patched streets related to 6 water main breaks. <br />• Utility staff worked with the engineers and contractor on the Booster Station project. <br />• Repaired six broken water mains. <br />• Collected water samples for bacteriological testing <br />• Collected water samples for disinfection by-product testing <br />• Coordinated and assisted with numerous repairs and upgrades on the City Hall campus. <br />Attachments: <br />A: 2018 Project Map <br />B: January Development Activity Report <br />C Xcel Energy LED Streetlight Conversion Information Sheet <br />
