NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council,to APPROVE the proposed <br /> drive-through as a CONDITIONAL USE on the newly created lot at JC Penney, Rosedale Center, in <br /> accordance with Section $ 1009.02 and 1009.02.D.13 of the Roseville City Code and subject to the <br /> following condition: <br /> 1. The Planning Division requests that it continue working with the applicant on a final design for <br /> both type/style of fence, overall fence location, and landscaping. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> Laliberte and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor: Laliberte, Willmus, Etten and <br /> Roe; and McGehee voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />
