WHEREAS, this bill will help support small businesses both within the City of Roseville and <br /> the State of Minnesota. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Roseville City Council hereby supports HF <br /> 2128/SF 1752 which removes the restriction contained in Minnesota Statutes 2016, Section <br /> 340A.22(2)prohibiting colocation of a taproom and cocktail room. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> McGehee,and upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof. Willmus, <br /> Etten, McGehee and Mayor Roe and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
