Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon, <br /> Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson, Building Official Dave Englund, and City Attor- <br /> ney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested removal of Item 9j for separate consideration. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Proclamation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day <br /> Mayor Roe read a proclamation proclaiming January 15, 2018 as Martin Luther King Jr. <br /> Day in Roseville. <br /> Willmus moved, McGehee seconded, proclaiming January 15, 2018 as Mal-tin Luther <br /> King Jr. Day in Roseville. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> a. 9j —Appoint Youth to Parks and Recreation Commission <br /> Councilmember Willmus suggested that rather than appointing Mr. Joey Quick, <br /> the youth candidate for the Commission, through July of 2018, the appointment <br /> should be extended through Mr. Quick's senior year at Roseville High School, <br /> through July 31, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe suggested adding that it be, on the condition that the appointment be <br /> subject to approval by Mr. Quick. <br />
